The Birth of Count Chocula – My latest painting features our favorite bucktooth vampire bursting from a chocolate egg after a vampire has sunk his teeth into it. The vampire is shocked – lol.
Is this the how Count Chocula was born? When he busted out of the chocolate egg was he already around 5 years old and in his favorite chocolate colored suit? I have absolutely no idea, but the idea and visual makes me smile. And it seems appropriate with the approach of the spooky fall season.
This one is acrylics on stretched upholstery fabric and measures 15.5” x 15.5” in my handcrafted frame.
